Arcus Hotel is a small family run hotel, established in 1993 in the apartment building, which was returned to its original owners in the restitution process. The two-storey building was built in 1929 in modern cubist style. In 2001, the building achieved the criteria of a three star Garni hotel. Two new floors were added; and the garages, garden and interior of the entire building have been re-done.
