How do I book the hotel?
If you are more than 6 persons travelling together, please use our Group Reservation Form. Otherwise read below.
1. Search for Bratislava hotel.
Specify your travel dates "From" and "To", number of guests and rooms and click on the button "Search". You can find the list of all relevant hotels with actual rates. Select the suitable hotel and click on the button "Book".
If you have an accommodation preferences such as star rating, price per room per night or distance from city centre please use our filters in the left column before you start your booking.
2. Search for the room
Now you are on the selected hotel site. On top you can see list of all available room types that fulfil your criteria together with total prices. Choose the suitable room(s) and click on the button "Book".
3. Booking accommodation form
Fill the "Booking accommodation form". Fields marked * are mandatory. Read carefully Hotel policies and click on the button "Submit reservation". In a few seconds you will receive an automatic e-mail from us with all your booking details, your reservation request number and hotel contact. This is the confirmation of submitting the request. The hotel will contact you directly within 24 hours on weekdays with your reservation confirmation and all payment details.
4. Reservation Confirmation
After receiving the confirmation from hotel, you have to reply to the hotel to re-confirm your booking. Until then your reservation is not confirmed. For any other further changes or cancellations please contact the hotel directly by replaying to their e-mail. Please use your reservation request number in all correspondence.

We update our price lists daily and we negotiate deals with hotels and apartments directly. Our aim is to have always lower or equal prices with other website or listed hotels. Unlike many large chains we run our business only in our hometown Bratislava and therefore we have the sources to offer to our customers more specified products and best prices.

What is Today's Deal?
Today's deal is a special deal we have negotiated with one or few hotels. It is most probably lower than you can find in any other website. It is always valid for just selected period and is bookable only for few days.
How do I pay for my hotel reservation?
BratislavaVisit.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. After filling the "Booking accommodation form", your booking request is sent directly to the hotel. Most hotels will require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation in the event of a late cancellation or no show. The hotel can decide to pre-authorize your credit card to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds. Completed T & C of each hotel will be forwarded to you directly by hotel with booking confirmation.
For certain rates with special restriction (no changes, no refunds) be aware that your credit card may be charged upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the rates conditions carefully prior to making your reservation.
How long does it take to receive the confirmed reservation from the hotel?
The hotel will contact you at latest within 24 hours on weekdays with confirmation of your reservation and all payment details. Usually the hotels answer immediately after receiving the request. If you do not receive any answer from the hotel within 24 hours please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not forget to quote your reservation request number in all correspondence.
Are there any hidden charges?
Our service is free of charge for individuals. We will not charge you for our services and even more we do not ask you for your credit card details. Some hotels add to the price 19% VAT and Municipal tax of 1,65 EUR per person per night, some hotels have it included. You always find this information on hotel site under "Hotel Policies" section.
How can I cancel my hotels reservation?
Before you click on the button "Submit reservation" please read carefully Cancellation policy of relevant hotel. By re-confirming the offer from hotel you make a confirmed reservation and you agree and accept their conditions related to changes, cancellation or no-show. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation please contact the hotel directly. Be aware that some special rates require full prepayment for the entire stay at time of booking and they are fully non refundable. You can always find this information on hotel site.
Question about self-catering apartments?
All listed apartments are owned and operated by one company which belongs to one with best quality and value for money. You therefore don't have to deal with sometimes unprofessional services provided by individual property owners.
1. How can I make a reservation?
Select one or two apartments of your choice and click on "Make a reservation" button. Fill in requested information and submit the form.
2. Is there any minimum or maximum stay?
No there is no limitation regarding length of your stay. For one stay there is a surcharge of 20 € and on other hand for stays longer 14 days there are special tailor made price offers provided.
3. What are the prices shown for?
Prices are always per apartment per night for maximum 2 persons. Additional person is for additional fee shown at the apartment site. The price includes cleaning and all services and fees. The breakfast in not included but coffee and tea is available in the apartment.
4. How do I pay?
You will receive the reply with an availability confirmation and the price offer directly from partner apartment company. You will be asked to pay a deposit either by bank transfer or by credit card using the attached 'Mail Order Form'. After the deposit is paid you will receive the 'Reservation Confirmation'.
5. When and how do I pay the rest?
The outstanding balance including extra services (if there are any), is paid on the day of arrival at the time of handing over the keys. It must be paid in Euro cash.
6. Are there any hidden charges?
We carefully chose our partner company so the rates are final. There are no extra costs besides the late check in about which you will be informed in advance. There is no reservation or service fee if you book with us.
7. What is the cancellation fee?
Any changes, cancellations or no-shows are subject of loosing a whole amount of deposit payment.
8. When is the check-in and check-out time?
As a general guideline the check-in time is after 2.00 p.m. and the check-out time is at 10.00 a.m., nevertheless our partner apartment company will try to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. There is a surcharge for check in after 9 p.m. or check out before 7 a.m. in amount of 10 €.
9. Will I have to pay a deposit or guarantee on arrival?
On the handing over of keys you should deposit a guarantee of 100 €. This guarantee can be paid either in cash or by authorisation of credit card and is against possible damage to the premises resulting from your negligence.

For the hotels you can find all hotels on Bratislava Hotels Map or you can see a specific location of selected hotel on hotel site in a left column. For apartments you can find the location on Bratislava Apartments Map. If you need some help with how to get to your place of stay we always list it on the relevant property site under the section "How to get there".
Group of few people travelling together?
If you are group of more than 6 persons travelling together, please use our Group Reservation Form. We can book you hotels, apartments, flights, transports and guided tours and will try to help you with any additional requirements. Our group specialist will contact all involved parties and will send you the proposal within one working day. Most hotels will require pre-payment or credit card guarantee. Please be aware that some services are non-commissionable therefore are subject to handling fee.
Can I book my flights with you?
Yes, we listed the most relevant airlines and price comparison websites on our Flights to Bratislava section. You will be diverted to them and will make your purchase directly on their website.
